Holland Home is a wholly owned division of Trillium Living, a collective of organizations dedicated to enhancing the lives and well-being of seniors at every stage of their aging journey. From senior living and health to aging in place, hospice and palliative services, and caregiver education and advocacy, we connect aging adults and their loved ones to necessary care, resources, and support.
