Reserve Your Residence
Once approved, you’ll work with your Sales Consultant to reserve your specific residence. The benefits of signing a residence agreement are:
- Locks in your choice of residence
- Reservation deposit is fully refundable
$12,500 (fully refundable) additional deposit due
Sign the Continuing Care Agreement (CCA)
By signing the Continuing Care agreement, this establishes your residency within the Averden.
- Places you under the care umbrella of Holland Home / Trillium Living
- Initiates your entrance fee structure
First 15% of entrance fee due (less the $15,000 deposit already paid)
Important: At this stage, prior deposits become non-refundable*
*Cancellation after CCA is signed: Subject to a 6% sales fee and possible refurbishment cost. You will also be responsible for the cost of any upgraded items or change orders that have been implemented to the residence.
