the Enclaves
The Enclaves consist of two, 4-floor buildings with loft-style residences on the east side of campus, angled to accentuate nature and add privacy. Easily connected to the central socializing, dining, and recreational areas of campus with protected walkways.
the Villas
The Villas feature mid-century modern, single-family, and duplex-style homes located on the west side of campus offering a serene environment, close to all of the Averden’s amenities.
the Union Flats
Located in the Union, these apartment-style residences offer open floor plans, large living spaces, an outdoor terrace, private storage areas, and underground parking. Large windows bring in natural light, creating a warm, welcoming space accentuated by the surrounding nature.
